Rugby India Announces ‘InCred Capital’ as Partner to Support High-Performance Programmes for Senior National Teams

Mumbai, 25 May, 2026: The Indian Rugby Football Union (IRFU), the governing body for rugby in India, today announced a strategic partnership with InCred Capital, a fast-growing integrated institutional, wealth & asset management company, marking a significant milestone in supporting the development of India’s Senior National Teams.

This collaboration represents InCred’s commitment to supporting elite sports in India, as Rugby India builds on its achievements and prepares for crucial international competitions ahead.

InCred Capital’s CSR contribution will directly support Rugby India’s high-performance and development programmes for the Senior Men’s and Women’s National Teams. The funding will strengthen critical areas of athlete development and team preparation.

Building on a breakthrough 2025, both Senior National Teams began their 2026 journey with preparations for the inaugural Central & South Asia (CASA) 7s 2026, as InCred came on board to support the squads through their training camps and tournament campaign. Looking ahead, the men’s team will make their debut in Asia’s premier division; the Asia Rugby Emirates Sevens Series (ARESS) 2026, following their recent promotion, while the women’s team aims to improve upon their historic 6th-place finish in ARESS and build crucial momentum for the Asian Games 2026.
